Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Poke-Hub account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
